A Year of Sundays--Hiking with Dad

Today's outside adventure took me hiking with my Dad in the Point Reyes National Seashore. We checked out a couple of trails. The Woodpecker Trail was advertised to have lots of wildlife, and while we didn't see much other than a few birds, it was a nice walk. We did see one of the woodpeckers' favorite trees, check out the outtake below and all the holes left behind.

I took all my class assignment photos on Friday and Saturday this week, so none qualified as my Year of Sunday's photo. If you're interested in this weeks assignment of multi-story buildings, you can see those here.

As long as you enjoy the photos you are taking--isn't that enough?" This image is from a dance recital I attended recently while visiting friends whose three daughters all performed in many magical ways. This sweet moment was captured during the finale when all the dancers return back on stage to be honored for their hard work throughout the year. You can see how much the littles love the older dancers and how much they
